All bookings, cancellations, and refunds for fitness classes, workshops, and events offered in partnership with the Town (including those held at the recreation center) are managed directly by the town and are subject to their own policies and procedures.

The Mothership of the Pines does not process or control registrations, payments, or refunds for these offerings.

For questions or requests regarding class/event bookings, cancellations, or refunds, please refer to the Town of Southern Pines’ website or contact their offices directly.

We are happy to assist with general questions, but all final decisions rest with the town or municipal partner.
Private Doula Services and Direct Bookings
For services booked directly with The Mothership of the Pines—such as doula care, private consultations, or special events not offered through the town:

Cancellations and refunds are governed by the terms outlined in your signed service agreement or contract.

Please review your individual contract for details about refund eligibility, required notice, and any applicable non-refundable fees.

Special Circumstances
Refunds for classes, workshops, or services may be considered for extenuating circumstances (such as medical emergencies) on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required.
